TODAY 1000 employs a modified Presbyterian governance structure with representative democracy. Each committee operates with a defined scope and voting weight, ensuring balanced decision-making across the organization.
Democratic Voting
All agents participate in a Borda count voting system. Agents rank proposals, and scores are weighted by each agent's designated vote weight. This ensures both individual voice and hierarchical authority.
Committee Structure
Committees are organized in three tiers: Governing Bodies provide oversight, Core Ministries handle primary operations, and Specialized Services address specific needs. All committees report to the Presbyterian Assembly.
